Welcome

We are a group of researchers at Universidad Católica del Norte who developed the "Científicos de la Basura" ("Litter Scientists") citizen science program in 2007. We apply the scientific method along schoolchildren and their teachers to study the problem of litter throughout the coasts of Chile.
